Interior Photographs

Interior Photos include images that are taken inside the house/building. Rooms include bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, closets, hallways, and other areas upon request. Photos will be taken on a Professional grade DSLR, stabilized on a tripod, and remotely triggered.

Multiple Angles

Photos taken will be from multiple angles, giving the client choices to display their rooms from various perspectives.

HDR Photo Editing

Rooms will be photographed in multiple exposures and edited together to make your listing look bright. Edits will be thoroughly enhanced to make your home look warm and presentable

Replacement / Clean-Up (Edits)

Warm up your home with Tv screen replacements, window clean up, adding lights to bulbs, and removal of small items. With no additional fee, we will remove any holes, stains, or anything undesirable.

Exterior Photographs

Exterior photos include images that are taken outside the house/building. Photos will be taken of the front of the house, back of the house, backyard, and any another areas outside of the main building upon request. Photos will be taken on a Professional grade DSLR, stabilized on a tripod, and remotely triggered.

Multiple Angles

Photos taken will be from multiple angles, giving the client choices to show their house from their preferred perspective.

Twilight Photos

Show off your house at night and recognize the beauty of the lights as they illuminate the surroundings

Drone / Aerial Photographs

Drone Photos will include images of the exterior and surrounding areas of the community. Photos will include multiple angles and heights of the house, views, top-down look, and photos of nearby attractions. Photos will be taken on a fully registered DJI Mavic 2 Pro Drone. There will be an external display for viewing during the service.

Multiple Angles

Photos will be taken from multiple angles and heights to give a variety of views. Reach heights and views that are not obtainable on foot.

Annotations / Pins / Markings

With zoomed out and wider view of the properties, we are able to add pins and identity nearby landmarks. Certain parts of the photos surrounding the property can also be gray-scaled to emphasize the desired location more clearly. These additions are optional.
