Photography Process/

Schedule

1 - Individual/Solo Photographs

Families will arrive and check-in with the staff working at the register. Provide COMPLETED FORM to the staff member and your preferred form of payment. Those who have made online purchases can notify the staff and proceed to wait in line. Opportunities to have your photos done will take place 2 hours before the event and up to another 1 hour afterwards. Multiple poses will be taken and our team will choose the best selections for your purchases. If you would like to select among the poses, please let a staff member know and we will send you sample photos to view. If you are bringing props, please notify us ahead of time so that we can be proactive about it.

2 - Candid Photographs

While families are waiting to enter the church, we will be photographing everyone interacting with each other. We will then photograph as the families enter the church to find their seats. More photographs will be taken throughout the ceremony.

3 - Anointment Photographs

We will photograph each applicant as they receive the blessing and the moment they are anointed. We highly encourage all families to be mindful of their positioning (as practiced during rehearsal) so that we can provide you with the best quality photos!

4 - Group Photograph

At the end of the ceremony, everyone will re-enter the church and line up on the steps at the altar. It is very important that everyone looks directly at the MAIN photographer for the first few photos. We strongly encourage all family members and guest to put their phones and cameras away until we are done. We will give everyone else an opportunity to take a quick photos afterwards.

5 - Extra PhotoGraphs

After the group photo, photographers will remain on-site for additional photos in front of the altar.

6 - Individual/SOlo Photographs (cont.)

A photographer will return to the room to resume Individual Photos. Refer to information on the first phase.
